At Ventura Dive & Sport, we believe safety and fun go hand in hand—and safety is always our top priority. From our rental department to our custom dive boat, we focus on well-maintained gear, thorough briefings, and training that builds confidence. If you’ve dived with us before, you’ve experienced our comprehensive boat briefings to make sure everyone is prepared before leaving the dock. If you’ve taken a course with us, you know we spend real time on safe ascents, emergency procedures, and smart equipment use.

In our shop, you’ll find safety essentials like surface marker buoys (SMBs), surface signaling devices, and alternate air sources. We also take pride in the following:

• Following training standards set by the Recreational Scuba Diving Training Council and PADI.
• Operating a custom 46' dive boat that complies with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
• Providing high-quality rental equipment maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Offering an on-site repair center staffed by certified technicians.
