Refund Policy for Ventura Dive & Sport
Special Orders, Gift Cards, Classes, Rentals, Clearance & Used Items
All sales on special orders, gift cards, diving classes, rental fees, sale/clearance/used items, and diving activities (including boat trips) are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping & Availability on Special Orders
The buyer acknowledges that shipping delays or manufacturer availability issues may occur. Ventura Dive & Sport is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers or manufacturers. All special-order sales are final once the customer has paid.
Returnable Items
For eligible returns, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging
- With all tags, hangers, boxes, and/or dust bags included
Items returned outside of these conditions will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee & Return Window
- Accepted returns incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Policy for Raptor Dive Charters
No refunds. Please make sure you can attend before booking.
Cancellation credits:
- More than 14 days prior to the booked trip: 100% re-booking credit
- 8–14 days prior to the booked trip: 50% re-booking credit
- 7 days or less prior to the booked trip: No re-booking credit
